Audrey Thresher MA, NCC
Therapist
While receiving her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Belmont University, Audrey found a passion for mental health and community wellness through her work with our Nashville neighbors experiencing homelessness. She went on to earn her master’s degree in Counseling from Vanderbilt University. Her past clinical experience features individual and group work with university students, creative professionals, and members of the LGBTQ+ community navigating addiction recovery, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, ADHD, life transitions, and identity development. She integrates therapeutic modalities in alignment with client needs, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing. Her therapeutic practice centers self-compassion, mindfulness, collaboration, creativity, and use of experiential interventions.
In her personal life, Audrey enjoys practicing yoga, caring for her pup, and spending time outdoors with friends & family.
