For more than 40 years, BrightQuest has helped individuals and families navigate the challenging but hopeful process of health and change. We are here to guide you through every step and are here to answer any questions you have about the process.

We’re Here For You

Whether you’re seeking treatment for yourself or someone you care about, asking for help is the very first step toward healing. We recognize this first step alone may be one of the hardest steps in the process of change.

We don’t use a busy call center. Our caring staff handles all of your calls personally and are happy to answer any questions you have about our treatment program or provide suggestions on how you can best prepare your family for an upcoming pre-admission assessment.

During the initial part of the admissions process, information will be gathered and arrangements will be made through one of our staff coordinators.

Understanding the Admissions Process

We understand beginning the treatment process for yourself or a loved one can be a difficult time. While every experience varies depending upon the individual needing treatment, you can expect the following steps in our admissions process:

BrightQuest Admissions: What to Expect
  1. Information Gathering and Clinical Review
    • Complete a Phone Assessment with one of our trained Admissions Team members
    • Request any previous records from past or current treatment
    • All information is then reviewed by our Executive Clinical Director for Clinical Approval
  2. Scheduling Day of Admission
    • We have multiple assessment options throughout the week to accommodate whatever works best for you
    • All clients and families complete a one-day assessment and admit at the end of the day
    • During the assessment process, you will get a chance to meet with our Psychiatrist, Executive Clinical Director, participate in a group, meet a current client and many other members of our team
  3. Admission Day
    • We only invite clients onsite for our one-day assessment who we believe are appropriate fits for our facility
    • At the end of the assessment, our Admissions Team will review the clinical recommendations with clients and their families
    • Client will be supported to housing by one of our staff members that same day and start the check-in process!
