San Diego Program Schedule

At BrightQuest, we take great pride in providing a vast selection of activities and group offerings. Our program is highly individualized for each client, so groups and schedules may vary greatly depending upon the needs of each individual.

In addition to the regular services provided by BrightQuest, we offer several supplemental programs that can be used to further your loved one’s treatment goals.

All supplemental programs offered at BrightQuest are optional, with the exception of the Substance Use Disorder Recovery Case Management program, which is required for those individuals who suffer from a co-occurring substance use disorder, as determined by the BrightQuest clinical team at the time of assessment.

We also host a bimonthly Multi-Family Support Group to support families through the process of healing and recovery.

Family Support Group

Families are encouraged to participate in our bimonthly Multi-Family Support Group meetings.

These group meetings will provide family members the opportunity to connect with others who are also supporting their loved ones on their path toward mental health recovery. Here you will find support, guidance, shared experiences, and a community to share ideas with as you develop healthier coping skills based on the concepts acquired throughout family therapy.
