Rachel is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 20 years of experience supporting clients and clinicians in both residential and outpatient settings. She specializes in helping individuals and families navigate life transitions, cope with significant loss, and find stability in the face of stressful family environments.

Rachel’s clinical approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Structural Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She also integrates somatic therapies to strengthen the connection between mind and body, regulate the nervous system, and foster long-term self-regulation.

Passionate about relational healing, Rachel emphasizes authentic connection and the power of aligning with one’s core values. She also has a strong commitment to working with Neurodiverse clients, including those who identify as autistic, ADHD, or gifted.

In addition to her direct clinical work, Rachel is an experienced supervisor and trainer, guiding interns and early-career therapists in evidence-based practices and empowering them to grow in their professional journey.
