Keegan Munoz
House Manager
Keegan was born in Western Tennessee and raised in the Missouri Bootheel. In 2021, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, MO.
Upon completing his undergraduate degree, Keegan moved to Fayetteville, AR while his wife attended and finished her degree at the University of Arkansas. While living in Fayetteville, Keegan held several positions of work and became a Registered Behavior Technician working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Keegan was also hired as a Family Assistant by a family with 2 children and completed a blend of childcare as well as household management and schedule management for the parents and children. Additionally, Keegan worked part-time at a Presbyterian Daycare. Through these experiences Keegan began to understand that his passion lies in supporting individuals to learn, evolve, and overcome hardships.
Keegan moved to Nashville in 2023 and started his journey at BrightQuest in July as a Milieu Support Staff. He has used his knowledge in the field of mental and behavioral health to help clients feel safe and recognized. Keegan aims to be a motivational piece and push clients to work hard to have their own needs and aspirations become fully realized. Keegan was promoted to House Manager in May of 2024 and has enjoyed using his new role to teach the value of shared responsibility, bringing a calm energy to client spaces to teach patience, and cultivating a positive culture for an evolving milieu.
In his free time, Keegan enjoys playing and streaming videogames, playing basketball at local parks, and going on walks with his wife and 2 dogs. Keegan hopes to be a staple in the Nashville community, completing volunteer work at State Parks as well as supporting clients fulfill volunteer hours.
