BrightQuest's Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment
Mental and Physical Health Evaluations in Nashville, Tennessee for Diagnostic Clarity and Next Steps
Assessment Service Overview
BrightQuest offers a 2.5 day Outpatient Assessment Service for those seeking diagnostic clarity for mental health and substance use struggles. Our expert team of clinicians achieves this through psychological, neuropsychological, psychiatric, and medical evaluations. These findings are then presented as an action plan with recommended next steps and referrals when requested.
During the Assessment Service, clients and their support network will stay at a local hotel and come to BrightQuest each day for testing and evaluations. We encourage loved ones to participate during mealtimes, support system assessments, and during the review of our findings (with the client’s permission).
The Assessment Service concludes with a team meeting with the client and their support system (including referents and loved ones) to review a summary of findings and recommendations. A more detailed copy of these findings is also available for future providers or referral partners.
Please note, this service is currently only available at our Nashville location.
