Stephanie Coyle, LMFT
Clinical Director
Stephanie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA #85956) in both California and New York with extensive experience supporting individuals with complex psychiatric conditions and co-occurring disorders. As Clinical Director, she brings a grounded, relational, and trauma-informed approach to leadership, drawing from her deep expertise in attachment theory, systems work, and somatic modalities.
Stephanie specializes in the treatment of dissociative disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and personality structures shaped by early relational injury, with advanced training in Somatic Experiencing and Implicit Psychotherapy, to support nervous system regulation and embodied healing. She is committed to honoring the inherent intelligence of each individual’s internal process, and she supports clients in developing curiosity, safety, and connection within themselves.
At the heart of her work is a belief in the power of community as a vehicle for healing. Stephanie leads her team in implementing a therapeutic community model, ensuring structure, accountability, and mutual respect while holding space for the complex realities of recovery. Her leadership style emphasizes transparency, clear communication, and sustainable clinician care.
Beyond her clinical and leadership roles, Stephanie is deeply committed to mentoring emerging therapists. As a clinical supervisor, she brings an embodied, experiential lens to the supervision process, fostering the growth of thoughtful, attuned, and well-supported clinicians.
She is also profoundly inspired by the healing potential of nature. Stephanie leads therapeutic camping retreats that weave together the containment of group therapy with the expansive, regulating power of the outdoors. These experiences invite nervous system recalibration, ritual, and meaningful reconnection—with the earth, with others, and with oneself.
Her work bridges science and spirit, cultivating a treatment culture grounded in authenticity, relational depth, and collective healing.
