With 25 years of experience in people development, and mindfulness-based practices and her studies in psychology, Sita’s approach bridges Industrial and Clinical Psychology. She is passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and groups in navigating mindset barriers, strengthening emotional resilience, and reconnecting with purpose and authenticity while facilitating a compassionate and empathetic healing space.

Sita holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Psychology (Leadership & Organizational Development), is a Certified Relationship Coach, and has recently completed a dual MA in Mindfulness-Based Clinical Psychology at Naropa University, with her LPCC licensure in progress.

Her work is deeply informed by CBT, DBT, Gestalt, Polyvagal Theory, attachment frameworks, and somatic and mindfulness-based practices. Rooted in a lifelong engagement with mindfulness, Sita integrates clinical skill, leadership experience, and human-centered presence to support meaningful growth, healing, and sustainable change.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with family, friends and her Doodle. She enjoys Yoga & Ballet, playing board games & cards, and always appreciates a good cup of coffee with a book.
