House Manager

Shelby was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and graduated with a bachelor’s in clinical and counseling psychology in 2020. Before leaving Colorado, she worked with teenage boys in a group home. She moved to Nashville in summer of 2021, where she worked as a case manager for low-income and unhoused people around Nashville.

She joined BrightQuest in March 2023 as a Lead Support Staff and soon advanced to House Manager for residential housing. In her role, Shelby is committed to fostering a warm, welcoming, and home-like environment where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered as they move through the program.

In her free time Shelby loves crocheting, hiking, and spending time with her elderly cat Nora.
