Sara Beth Caldwell
Community Outreach Liaison
Sara Beth was born and raised in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and earned her bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University. She brings more than a decade of experience in the behavioral health field, where she has built a reputation for steady leadership, ethical decision making, and a genuine commitment to helping people access the right care at the right time. For the past four years, she has served on the board of TPAS (Treatment Professionals in Alumni Services), contributing to national conversations around alumni services and longterm recovery support.
Throughout her career, Sara Beth has worked across a wide range of treatment settings, partnering with clinicians, families, and community organizations to create pathways to meaningful, sustainable help. She’s known for her ability to make complex situations feel manageable and her belief that behavioral health should be both effective and deeply human.
Outside of work, Sara Beth is usually traveling, planning to travel, or talking about where she wants to travel next. When she’s not exploring new places, she’s spending time with her family and friends.
