Mark integrates trauma-informed care with evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based interventions. He believes in meeting clients where they are and supporting them in developing practical tools they can apply in everyday life. He also has a strong appreciation for group therapy and the role it plays in fostering connection, accountability, and growth.

Mark earned his Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from National University. During his clinical training, he gained experience working in crisis response and community-based mental health settings, where he supported individuals facing acute distress, housing instability, and co-occurring challenges. He brings a calm, steady presence to high-stress situations and values culturally responsive care in all aspects of treatment.

Originally from California, Mark is based in San Diego. Outside of his clinical work, he enjoys cars, motorcycles, motorsports, spending time outdoors, and being in nature. He also values quality time with his children and finds grounding in simple routines like early mornings and a good cup of coffee.
