Lorraine Moore

Clinical Intern

Lorraine is a Montana native whose small-town roots in Big Timber shaped her deep appreciation for connection, community, and resilience. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development from Montana State University and has called Nashville home for the past 8 years. Currently pursuing her master’s in Clinical Psychology at Tennessee State University, Lorraine is especially drawn to trauma-informed care and the ways people can reclaim their stories after hardship. She is under the supervision of Khamaria Wright, LMFT (TN #1721).

She approaches her work with empathy, curiosity, and a belief that healing is never onesize-fits-all. Whether through research, direct client interaction, or collaborative care, she is passionate about creating safe, empowering spaces for growth. Outside of her academic and clinical work, Lorraine can be found exploring Tennessee trails, hunting for a good thrift f ind, devouring psychological thrillers, or enjoying life at home with her husband and their two cats, Mona and Fern.
