Laura grew up in Murray, Kentucky. She graduated from Murray State University with a degree in accounting. After school, she moved to Nashville, which she has called home ever since. Before making a career change in 2022, she worked in the business world as a pharmacy owner. She now has a master’s degree in counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University. Laura is happy to be making the transition to more direct healthcare with patients and clients.

Laura’s clinical interests include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, as well as a variety of somatic and experiential therapies such as art, movement, sand tray and animal assisted. Laura has two sets of twins, all of whom are teenagers now. She enjoys spending time with her family, as well as her shih-tzu named Samson and her cat named Moonshine.
