Clinical Intern

Emma Sacks grew up in Nashville before earning her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from George Washington University in 2024. She then returned home to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt’s Master of Education program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is in her third year at Vanderbilt and is expected to graduate in May 2027. She is currently earning her internship hours and is under the supervision of Brianna King, LMFT (TN #1866).

Emma has a strong clinical background working with neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults, and is committed to meeting each individual where they are, grounded in inclusivity and culturally responsive care. Her approach is trauma-informed and client-centered. She also has a passion for research and enjoys staying up to date on the latest clinical findings to provide the most evidence-based and comprehensive care possible for clients and their families.

In her spare time, Emma enjoys hiking, kayaking, baking, and spending time with her cat, Mr. Bob.
