Cece Steinbach, BA
Director of Compliance
Cece serves as Director of Compliance & Process Improvement for BrightQuest San Diego and Wings Recovery. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University. She partners closely with clinical and executive leadership to promote regulatory excellence, ethical care delivery, and sustainable systems that support both clients and staff.
She has experience across residential, PHP, and IOP levels of care, working with adolescents and adults. Her expertise lies in integrating Joint Commission and California DSS standards into practical, client-centered systems that enhance safety, compliance, and high-quality clinical outcomes.
Clinically, Cece’s foundation is rooted in grief work, narrative therapy, and strengths-based approaches. Her experience in hospice and trauma-informed settings has shaped her deep respect for each client’s story and the importance of compassionate, individualized treatment. She believes that operational excellence should ultimately serve one purpose: creating space for meaningful therapeutic connection and long-term recovery.
