Aubrey St. Laurent

Admissions Advisor

Born and raised in California, Aubrey has dedicated her career to supporting individuals through meaningful change, healing, and personal growth. She attended Concordia University Irvine, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology before moving to San Diego to begin her clinical career working as a behavioral therapist with children and adults on the autism spectrum.

Driven by a passion for behavioral health and evidence-based care, Aubrey went on to earn her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Arizona State University. She later transitioned into the behavioral health and recovery field, working within treatment facilities supporting women navigating substance use, eating disorders, and other co-occurring mental health conditions.

Through her work in treatment settings, Aubrey developed a deep appreciation for the power of connection, individualized care, and meeting people with compassion during vulnerable moments. These experiences naturally led her into admissions, where she now combines her clinical background, relationship-building skills, and understanding of the treatment process to help individuals and families find the right path forward.

As an Admissions Advisor, Aubrey is committed to creating a supportive, transparent, and welcoming experience for every client. She understands that reaching out for help can be one of the most important and challenging steps someone can take and considers it a privilege to guide people at the beginning of their healing journey.
