Desiree Gonzales Daskalos
Work Development Specialist
Desiree serves as the Workplace Development Specialist her at BrightQuest. She is a San Diego native with experience in both residential and inpatient behavioral health settings. Desiree believes that every individual has the capacity for growth and that meaningful change begins with taking the first step. She is passionate about empowering clients to build confidence, recognize their potential, and pursue opportunities that support both personal and professional success. Her compassionate, strength-based approach reflects her belief that recovery extends beyond treatment and includes creating a fulfilling, independent future. Desiree is completing her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and plans to continue her education by pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW), further expanding her knowledge and ability to support individuals throughout their recovery journey. Outside of BrightQuest, Desiree enjoys singing, staying active, and spending time with her friends and family.
